We are pleased to make an oer of employment to you and look forward to your joining the organization here at _________[3] (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). We believe that you will have a signicant impact on our organization and look forward to working with you. Here are the terms and conditions of your employment with the Company:

Your location of employment or work location is based in Delhi[8](address of Delhi Oce). However, you may have to relocate to any of our units, departments, or the oces of our subsidiaries, aliates in any location within and outside India depending upon the business requirements. In such an event, your remuneration and other benets shall be determined in accordance with the relevant policies ofthe Company in that work location. For the purpose of this agreement, “aliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company. For the purpose of this agreement, “control” means possessing, directly or indirectly, the power to direct or cause the direction of the management, policies, or operation of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise.

You, by accepting these terms and conditions, hereby give your irrevocable consent to the above. Working Hours:

You will be required to work __ days a week for __ hours a day i.e. from __ am to __ pm (including lunch break for the duration of __ minutes). Sundays[9] will be your weekly o.
